Chance the Rapper is engaged, and we're begging for a wedding invite

Chance the Rapper celebrated the 4th of July with a different kind of fireworks display. 

The 25-year-old rapper proposed to his longtime girlfriend Kirsten Corley in the middle of a family barbecue on Wednesday, and she said yes.

While he's been hinting at an upcoming proposal through his lyrics, Chance officially popped the question and confirmed the news himself with a simple tweet shared Wednesday evening. 

She said yes 🔗

Friends and family of the couple also shared news of the engagement through videos and photos posted to social media. In clips of the proposal, we hear Chance asking his now-fiancée to "make him a man and be his wife" alongside their 2-year-old daughter Kensli.  Read more...
