We're not here to tell you that the world isn't a dark, scary place. 

But, this video will remind you that it's not all bad, and that people still have great capacity for compassion.

The morning traffic in Auckland, New Zealand was disrupted as a duck mum decided to cross a highway with her ducklings a little before 8 a.m. NZST.  

What could have been a tragedy ended up being the cutest thing ever caught on a highway traffic camera.
