Two Australian ambulance officers have been praised for a kind, yet simple act for a dying man.
As per a Facebook post by the Queensland Ambulance Service, 72-year-old Ron McCartney took a trip to hospital for palliative care last week.

His wife, Sharon, told officers he had been eating very little in the two days prior to being picked p. So the officers asked Ron what he'd want to eat, if he could eat anything.
Ron's answer? A caramel sundae.
