It's Game 3 of the World Series tonight, but the Boston Red Sox have already beat the Los Angeles Dodgers for the championship — that is, if you trust Google to give you the right answer.

Google Search today has been incorrectly displaying the Boston Red Sox as the winners of the 2018 World Series in a search result as a short answer you see up top in response to certain queries.

The Boston Red Sox are in fact currently leading the series 2-0 heading into the third game tonight. But even if the Red Sox were to win the upcoming game, the team would still be one game away from winning the championship. Shame on you, Google, for spreading lies about the championship!
