President Trump can truly throw any event off the rails — even a seemingly benign event celebrating a new trade deal with Mexico and Canada.

Speaking in the Rose Garden on Monday, Trump managed to make a quite a few missteps, some of which were straight up offensive. 

He started off by being snappish with reporters. As he answered reporters' questions about the trade deal, Trump called on ABC News' Cecilia Vega and the two had an awkward exchange that included Trump saying to her, "I know you're not thinking, you never do."
