Former president George H.W. Bush died on Friday, and Saturday Night Live took a moment the next evening to pay tribute.
The Weekend Update sketch paused to air a montage of Dana Carvey impersonations of the former president. Carvey's legendary Bush Sr. impression has no equal, and it became such a fixture of pop culture during the '90s that Bush Sr. himself once got on camera to spar with the SNL alum.
