"Weeping willow" just got a whole new meaning.

This tree in Evanston, Illinois looks like something straight out of a Stephen King novel. Due to the drastic temperature change, the tree experienced freezing rain one day and nearly 50 degree heat the next, causing this chilling melting effect.
