Elizabeth Warren's pledge to break up big tech companies has understandably ruffled some feathers.

But her point was somewhat proven on Monday, as per a Politico report, when Facebook briefly took down the senator's ads promoting her plan to curtail the influence of the social media giant. 

According to Facebook's ad database, Warren's ads ran from Friday, targeting the lobbying efforts of tech giants Google, Amazon, and Facebook, and their dominance over the internet. Each ad had a budget of less than $100 to promote it around the site. Read more...
