At the Heart of Gold: Inside the USA Gymnastics Scandal takes an in-depth look at the toxic environment within the ultra-competitive world of gymnastics that allowed for hundreds of young women and girls to be sexually abused by those they trusted most.

While numerous coaches, gym owners, and support staff members were accused of abusing and mistreating the competitors they were supposed to look after, At the Heart of Gold seems primed to highlight the notorious crimes of former USA Gymnastics team doctor and serial child molester, Larry Nassar.
