Proving once again that there is nothing good about 2019, the internet woke up Friday morning to the news of Grumpy Cat's passing, the viral pet known for its resting grouch face.

Grumpy Cat's owners announced on Friday on Instagram that the cat passed away on Tuesday at the age of 7. The internet reacted by sharing their condolences and memories of the famous feline.
