You heard it here first, folks: Apple's new MacBook Air, which was just released in mid-July 2019, isn't that great. 

While the model from November 2018 is still just as good of a purchase, you know stores will be hauling ass to clear its shelves for this new one. But that's good for deal hunters: Just barely eight months old, the 2018 MacBook Air is on sale for $949 — its lowest price ever on Amazon.
