
Samsung's Galaxy Fold was one of the first foldable phones to come out in 2019, but its starting price of $1,980 kept a lot of people away.
But its successor, possibly called the Galaxy Fold 2, might be a little more affordable.
This is according to a report by SamMobile, which claims to have exclusive information about the upcoming foldable phone. The outlet says the Galaxy Fold 2 will be offered with 256GB of memory, and at a lower price point than the original Fold.
The Galaxy Fold started at 512GB of memory, which likely contributed to its extravagant price, and reducing that in half probably wouldn't be a huge deal for many buyers, if the price goes down as well.
