
Macs with Apple silicon are coming, and it looks like we'll be able to (pre)order some of them later today.
Apple has taken its online store down ahead of its "One more thing" event, which kicks off at 10 a.m. PT Tuesday, Nov. 10. The online-only event will be streamed on Apple's website as well as on YouTube.
Officially, we don't know anything beyond the tagline. However, it's very likely the company will announce the first Mac computers with Apple silicon.
During its 2020 Worldwide Developer Conference, Apple said it would gradually make the switch from Intel processors to ARM-based, Apple-branded chips in Mac computers. The company also said the first such Mac would come before the end of 2020. Read more...
