
Apple is launching its new online fitness service, Apple Fitness+, on Monday, Dec. 14.
Originally announced in September this year, Fitness+ is a service that lets you follow workouts on your iPhone, iPad or Apple TV while recording body metrics with your Apple Watch. The workouts are led by pro trainers and accompanied by music from top artists, Apple says.
The service launches with what Apple calls 10 of the most popular workout types, including High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Strength, Yoga, Dance, Core, Cycling, Treadmill (for running and walking), Rowing, and Mindful Cooldown. Read more...
