Whatever your Pride celebration usually looks like — music blaring, rainbow flags, joyful crowds everywhere — it probably didn't look anything like that last year. 

In June of 2020, while the world was still adjusting to a new, socially-distant reality, Black Lives Matter protests swept the nation following George Floyd's murder by police in Minneapolis.
