A spinning disc flinging paint in extreme slow motion is a delightfully mesmerising watch

If you need a bit of Monday relaxation and you can't get away from your desk, you could probably do worse than watching this extreme slow motion of a paint flinger for 10 minutes.

The video is the latest offering from YouTube duo The Slow Mo Guys, with Gav placing random paint arrangements on a homemade spinner and capturing the results at a satisfying 1000 frames per second.
